Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BridgeToAgent website at bridgetoagent.com and the “Agentic Kit” digital product (the “Service”). By placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

BridgeToAgent is a one-time, on-demand tool. After payment, the Service crawls a single website URL you provide, generates three files designed to make that site readable by autonomous AI agents (agents.json, llms.txt, and agent-instructions.md), and delivers them to you as a downloadable ZIP archive. There is no account, no subscription, and no recurring service.

2. Eligibility & ownership of the URL

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to request a crawl of the URL you submit — typically because you own or operate the site. You agree not to submit URLs you do not have permission to crawl, including URLs hosted by third parties without authorization.

3. Pricing & payments

The Service is offered for a single, one-time fee of USD $49 per generated kit. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout surface and are never stored on BridgeToAgent infrastructure. By completing checkout, you additionally accept Stripe’s terms.

4. Refunds

Because the Service performs paid third-party API calls (Firecrawl for crawling and Anthropic for AI generation) the moment you initiate generation, refunds are not available once the kit has been generated and delivered. If your generation fails for a reason within our control before delivery, contact us within 14 days at hello@bridgetoagent.com and we will issue a full refund or regenerate the kit at no additional cost.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on the following sub-processors to deliver output. By using the Service you acknowledge their involvement:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Firecrawl — performs the server-side crawl of the URL you submit and returns its rendered content as Markdown.
  • Anthropic — generates the structured kit content from the crawled markdown using the Claude family of models.
  • Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery.

6. License to use the kit

Upon successful delivery, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, host, and distribute the generated files on the website you submitted. You may not resell the generated files as a standalone product.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Crawl URLs you do not own or have explicit permission to crawl.
  • Submit URLs that point to internal, private, or non-public resources (we automatically reject obvious cases such as localhost and RFC1918 ranges).
  • Attempt to bypass payment, rate limits, or signature verification on our API endpoints.
  • Reverse-engineer or replicate the Service for the purpose of offering a competing product.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is”. The generated files are produced by an AI model and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or speculative inferences about your site’s structure. You are responsible for reviewing the generated files before publishing them on your domain.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BridgeToAgent and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected kit.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
